Dear DMV,
Today I was driving and encountered:
- 1) a very bright LED advertising sign,
- 2) a tow truck with strobing LED lights in the parking lot and
- 3) a garbage truck with strobing LED lights in the road.
There was so much light in my eyes that my vision was severely impacted and I essentially lost consciousness momentarily from sensory overload. Is DMV current writing legislation to ban strobing LED lights and LED signs from our roadways?
