Dear NHTSA,
LED headlights have so much blue energy light that they cause blinding glare, which in turn makes it impossible to see the road at times. We also know that pedestrian deaths are increasing as more and more LED headlights are on the roads.
Who is responsible for an accident due to blinding glare from headlights? Who will pay for the hospital bills and vehicle damage? Is it NHTSA or is it the car makers?
