Dear Cal EPA,
Due to the invention of LED lights, light pollution has suddenly become a serious environmental issue. We have overlit the entire state of California. Worse, we are using 5000 Kelvin eye damaging lights that cause significant glare and mental anguish. Even worse, cities and counties and the state of California are using terrorizing LED strobe lights on vehicles that are not compatible with those with disabilities such as Autism, PTSD and Epilepsy. Even bicycles have unbearable 5000K LED lights now.
I have written hundreds of letters to officials about this, but so far no one is listening. Is there someone at CalEPA who takes light pollution seriously and could get in touch with me?
