Dear IIHS,
I find it inconceivable that your group is recommending more LED headlights.

LED headlights cause eye-searing pain, grave psychological terror, glare and permanent eye damage. It is quite likely that these LED headlights are the reason that pedestrian deaths have been increasing every year.
How could your organization have possibly arrived at the conclusion that we need more glare in our eyes?
In order to be safe, we need far less light with far less glare. We demand that headlights have maximums of 2700K, 800 lumens and 135 candela and that vehicles use Automated Braking Systems.
