The Soft Lights Foundation worked with Congressman Peter DeFazio’s office to craft legislation to study LED radiation from vehicle headlights. This proposed legislation was added to HR 3684 (see section 10108 on page 1506) . Somebody stripped this text out of the Senate version of HR 10108 but ensured that the ADB text was inserted. We surmise that this was done at the behest of the auto industry.
